📋 Description

• Support omni customer experience and visual/merchant standards per global guidelines
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Identify department opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them
• Ensure customer service in all areas and promote products to customers
• Promote Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Maintain fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns and exchanges
