📋 Description

• Identify and develop new business in target industries (fabrication, automotive components
• Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring repeat business and high customer retention.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and volume/value goals.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for coating applications.
• Coordinate with technical/application teams to resolve customer issues (adhesion, finish quality
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts within approved margins.

• Must-have: direct to metal paints, epoxy paints
• Good-to-have: Industrial paint sales experience
• Min Experience: 1+ years
