📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end strategic innovation on AbbVie assets.
• Collaborate with Asset Strategy Team and analytics teams.
• Focus on strategic planning, scenario evaluation, and ops acceleration.
• Address data-driven problems across drug development value chain.
• Communicate strategy across AbbVie to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years with Bachelors, 4+ with Masters, 2+ with Doctorate.
• Consulting experience in biotech/pharma preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to engage senior leadership for strategic decisions.
