📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor to empower organizations to transform their work through Appian’s
• Understand customer goals, build relationships with stakeholders, and align Appian capabilities to
• Develop joint roadmaps and success plans to deliver measurable outcomes and sustained impact.
• Monitor account health, address risks, and drive adoption and long-term growth.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, mentor colleagues, and advocate for agile
• Identify opportunities to expand Appian footprint and articulate data-backed business value cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical field.
• 10+ years in technology or technical consulting.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and drive measurable business value.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms and how they solve business problems.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and presentation skills with executives and technical
• Strong organization and project management with close attention to detail.
