📋 Description

• The Grocery Merchandiser will manage assigned territory with store visits, surveys, and reporting.
• Tend to merchandising tasks and report using provided mobile tech.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Travel within North El Paso, TX and La Cruces, TX territory (25-55 miles).
• Stock, stock checks, and ensure products are well displayed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to attendance guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and valid driver license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions independently
• Experience in retail, sales, or merchandising is a plus
• Bilingual preferred but not required
