Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Lead learning designer to create engaging, accessible learning for Wikimedia volunteers and
• Partner with Foundation teams, affiliates, researchers, SMEs, and volunteers to identify learner
• Develop learning experiences across LMS (WikiLearn) or other formats; embed learning into workflows
• Ensure experiences are culturally responsive, accessible, and globally relevant.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing digital learning for diverse, global audiences.
• Proven ability to create engaging e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, or blended solutions.
• Experience using an LMS to develop, organize, and publish content.
• Ability to diagnose gaps, identify interventions, and rapidly design and improve learning.
• Strong written communication and content development skills; able to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.
