📋 Description

• Seasonal Sales Associate supports store goals during peak periods with guest experiences and
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and delivering friendly, efficient
• Ensure engagement with customers and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide daily store leadership with knowledge of goals, launches, and initiatives.
• Educate guests and staff on product, culture, and store policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible, part-time schedule including peak shopping periods.
