📋 Description

• Implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Design and execute instructional strategies aligned with Ohio Learning Standards for special
• Provide direct intervention for students with disabilities in the special education setting
• Differentiate instruction and modify curriculum to meet students' learning needs
• Use evidence-based instructional strategies to support academic growth
• Serve as liaison between students, teachers, families, and related service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Current Ohio Special Education Intervention Specialist License or willingness to pursue
• Prior teaching experience preferred but not required
• Ability to demonstrate content knowledge in Math or English
• Experience with Ohio’s Extended Learning Standards
• Experience with ETR meetings, writing IEPs, progress monitoring, data collection
