Senior Manager - Treasury and Cash Management Services

📋 Description

• Lead client engagements on treasury services and cash mgmt transformation
• Focus on product strategy, operating model, process optimization, platform modernization
• Coordinate across banks, fintechs, and financial services clients
• Advise senior stakeholders on future-state capabilities and transformations
• Drive end-to-end implementation from strategy to go-live
• Collaborate to shape client solutions and delivery approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance/Business/Engineering; master preferred
• 10+ years in financial services with consulting/transformation focus
• Experience in Treasury Services, Cash Management, Payments
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with treasury tech and platforms (FIS, Kyriba, etc.)
• Ability to lead complex, client-facing transformations
