📋 Description
- Document for Ping Identity products and services in a Docs-as-Code environment.
- Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and product teams to create and maintain core docs.
- Deliver docs for cloud and on-premise software for multiple audiences.
- Investigate, research, and learn product standards.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content with real-life examples.
- Advocate for documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to explore unreleased features, test early-stage software, and gather insights with
- Experience using markdown languages, version control, single-source techniques, metadata tagging
- Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar PM platforms.
- Experience using AI assistants for code generation, use case creation, drafting, and style checks.
