• Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance role at Gusto
• Guide GRC maturity, leverage AI to automate controls
• Ensure ongoing SOC 2 Type 2, ITGC, ICOC compliance
• Cross-functional partnership across departments

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in governance, risk, compliance in SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Experience with SOC 2 Type 2 and auditors
• Familiarity with Optro, Vanta, Drata, Viso Trust
• Strong ability to translate GRC to scalable processes
• Excellent communication and data-driven mindset
