📋 Description

• Lead medium-to-large cross-functional programs with limited oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 6+ years in program/project delivery or technical operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical programs with stakeholders.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, governance, and communications.
• Solid experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience with software platforms, cloud services, data, or related technical domains.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
