• Provide exceptional guest experiences to drive sales and build loyalty.

• Support store goals during peak and high-volume periods.

🎯 Requirements

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
• In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives throughout the store.
• Knowledge of store goals, initiatives, product launches; educate guests on initiatives on the floor.
• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
