- Lead IT security strategy in a SaaS environment.
- Develop policies, risk assessments, and security programs.
- Own compliance posture across GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC2.
- Report security posture to senior management with metrics.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of Security Leadership
- 10+ years in compliance, security engineering, identity management, and security architecture
- Technical security leadership and team management
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical execs
- Nice-to-have: SaaS security leadership, CISSP/CISA/CISM
