🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years in AV, robotics, or ML/AI-enabled product roles.
- Strong analytical background with experience interacting with data scientists and solid statistics
- Experience bridging hardware and software domains.
- Deep understanding of driving, vehicles, and road rules.
- Ability to translate long-term vision into concrete, cross-organ plans.
🎁 Benefits
- Salary range: $241,000 — $297,000 USD.
- Base compensation plus discretionary annual bonus and equity program.
