Principal Scientist

📋 Description

• Biochemist role in development and optimization of technologies for client projects.
• Perform standard molecular biology and biochemical techniques: PCR, cloning, library construction
• Antibody library construction and cell-based assays with multiple cell lines.
• Sequence analysis and data interpretation; work with cross-disciplinary team for data analysis.
• Independently execute experiments, analyze data, and present results.
• Experience in high throughput cloning, phage display or protein screening is a plus.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in biological sciences (immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or similar) with
• Strong molecular biology and/or biochemical assay development skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• MS in biology, genetics, molecular and cellular immunology or related area (preferred).
• FACS experience and cell culture/functional assays helpful.
