About the Team

Our team is on a mission to solve complex challenges for the millions of people we serve every day. We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our Consumer Experience team, specifically focusing on the Notifications & Outbound ecosystem. This team is the primary voice of our brand, managing the end-to-end journey of how we reach users through email, SMS, and other messaging mediums to drive critical actions like review collection.You will take a leading role in this product area, collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to transform outbound communication into a seamless, high-value user experience.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Lead Outbound Strategy: Own the end-to-end design process for our notification systems, turning conceptual communication strategies into simple, elegant, and high-converting user journeys across email and mobile.

• Drive Engagement: Solve complex problems around review collection and outbound outreach, ensuring we reach the right user at the right time with the right message..

• Modern Tooling AI: Craft high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma, leveraging Generative AI to accelerate design workflows and explore personalized content at scale.

• Measure Iterate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the UX from discovery through launch, with a heavy focus on measuring design impact through conversion metrics and user sentiment.

• InfluenceMentor: Shape high-level product ideation to ensure we are building the right things.

• You will also mentor junior designers and champion a user-centric, data-driven culture.

The must have skills that matter:

• 7+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in product design with a portfolio that showcases expertise in visual design, interaction design, and complex problem-solving.

• B2b Saas experience .

• Outbound Expertise: Experience or strong interest in designing for off-platform experiences (Email, Push, SMS) and understanding the nuances of communication design.

• Impact-Driven Mindset: Deep knowledge of the product lifecycle with a focus on defining and tracking success metrics to prove the ROI of design interventions.

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Figma and a growth mindset that embraces new technologies, including AI-assisted design and complex design systems.

• Strong Communication: A proven ability to articulate the why behind your design decisions and navigate ambiguity with optimism and humility.
