🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer service/support/success with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• 3+ years leading teams, including performance management and development.
• Experience with Payroll, Tax, HRIS, Financial, Accounting, or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of US payroll operations and compliance; ability to coach teams on payroll concepts.
• Strong leadership, analytics, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication; experience with CRM and ticketing tools; open to 24x7 shifts.
