📋 Description

• Retail Customer Service Manager in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops
• Deliver top customer service and drive standards daily
• Report to the Shop Manager and be part of the Shop team
• Open or close the shop and maintain high shop standards
• 20 hour weekly rota with a mix of long and shorter shifts
• Shops open 8am-10pm depending on location

🎯 Requirements

• You must be 18+ to work in betting shops
• Customer-facing experience
• Confidence in working with customers in person
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
