📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcome & guide customers through the store and omni
• Sell products using fashion knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain garment care, stock and a tidy sales floor and back of house.
• Collaborate with store team to meet sales targets and store standards.
• Engage customers to promote loyalty program Hello Member and sustainability initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for fashion and customer service experience in retail
• Strong communication, creativity, flexibility and teamwork
• Previous sales experience in dynamic, collaborative environments
• Able to learn product trends and styles
• Motivated, decisive and action-oriented
