Senior/Middle Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Bridge Business and IT for Eurofins’ Laboratory information systems in Vietnam and nearby locations.
• Analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate into functional specs for innovation projects.
• Collaborate with Business, Laboratory Operations, and IT teams on system integration and design.
• Coordinate testing and UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs before Go-Live.
• Support change requests and continuous improvement of processes and usability.
• Prepare documentation and assist end users in understanding system functionality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years as Laboratory Technician with Eurofins or similar background.
• Experience with laboratory information systems (EURIS, eLIMS) or internal systems.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent English, strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, MS 365 apps; Python, SQL, Power BI as requested.
