Partner Growth Specialist, Emerging Partners

📋 Description

• Drive growth for a portfolio of partner accounts
• Analyze performance data to decide on upgrades and campaigns
• Build and execute partner growth campaigns with ambiguity
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations
• Travel to partner sites as needed for feedback and evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; 1-2 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or technical field a plus
• Strong analytical instincts and data storytelling
• Comfort with ambiguity and self-starting ownership
• Curiosity about AI tools (e.g., Claude) to speed work
• Excellent spreadsheet skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); Claude/Snowflake a plus
• Clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences
