📋 Description

• Seasonal Sales Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences
• Drive and exceed sales goals through ALO Flow initiatives while maintaining productivity and
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance, product flow, replenishment, and front/back of house
• Educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture; discuss guest-facing initiatives on
• Build client relationships daily and partner with leadership to meet store goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years prior work in a client-centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated, capable of team and individual achievement.
• Ability to lift, push or move up to 50 pounds; comfortable with physical store tasks.
• Willingness to move in and around all store areas and assist with shipments and visual
• Confident in introducing all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café).
