Partner Growth Specialist, Emerging Partners

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of partners who you will drive growth and performance each quarter
• Use data to segment and prioritize partners by performance, activity level, and growth potential
• Identify and recommend partners for upgrade and certification pathways to drive growth
• Build and run targeted campaigns to grow our strongest performing partners
• Track OTS and RMA trends and flag opportunities for improvement; own improvements with your partner
• Rapidly resolve operational escalations related to partner performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, 1 to 2 years of experience; exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or a
• Strong analytical instincts; like digging into data to tell the story, not just report numbers
• Comfort with ambiguity; ability to define a plan from loosely defined problems
• Intellectually curious and AI-forward; excited to use tools like Claude to work faster and smarter
• Solid spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel) including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs; Claude and
• A self-starter who takes ownership without needing every step mapped out
