📋 Description

• Understand e-commerce market and customer needs through research, interviews, and analysis.
• Identify problems and prioritize them for solution.
• Facilitate technology-led idea generation and MVP/testing for solutions.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver.
• Create go-to-market plans with stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Define and track product metrics and maintain a forward-looking roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years total experience with at least 3+ years in product management in a tech-led company
• Strong problem-solving using first principles thinking.
• Understanding of technology and PM processes (A/B testing, PRD writing, backlog management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Preferable experience with Voice AI Agents.
