• As a Department Supervisor, you will support Sales and Profit goals by delivering the Best Customer
• Execute plan in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee omni channel customer experience, visual and commercial presentation per global guidelines.
• Promote and sell products, ensure customer service in all areas of the store.
• Lead team in loyalty app promotion and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure routines for fitting rooms, checkout, transactions, returns and exchanges are followed.
