📋 Description

• Support delivery of digital and business transformation for Partnership Distribution.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, operations, compliance, finance, product

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience with Life Insurance distribution channels, digital platforms, and systems.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, UAT, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
