Lead Solutions Consultant | APJ

📋 Description

• Senior technical voice for DeepL in APJ, based in Tokyo
• Work with Japanese enterprise customers; lead opportunities across APJ
• Hands-on demos, prototypes, and proof-of-value environments
• Bridge enterprise strategy, solution architecture, and deal execution
• Collaborate with Account Exec, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
• Shape playbooks, demos, discovery frameworks for the team

🎯 Requirements

• Native Japanese and business English required
• 7+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar
• Proven ability to design customer solutions and influence deals
• Hands-on experience building demos/POCs for customers
• Strong REST APIs, SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), SaaS integrations
• Ability to map enterprise workflows and communicate security/compliance needs
