• Seasonal Sales Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences
• Through authentic connection, product expertise, and personalized service, this role drives sales
• Engage with customers and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment on the floor and in-store

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
• In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action
• Educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture; understand and protect daily store
• Confidently introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal
• Must be able to stand and move for an entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
