📋 Description
- First point of contact for customers at the airport rental counter
- Greet and guide customers through the rental process, building rapport and identifying needs
- Prepare rental agreements and upsell upgrades, protection, fuel options, and services
- Meet sales goals through upselling and cross-selling with performance-based earnings
🎯 Requirements
- Proven sales talent with upselling/closing experience
- Experience in retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental with a service mindset
- Excellent verbal communication and comfortable with direct customer interaction
- Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; authorized to work in the US without
