📋 Description

• Lead the national team of ~11 enterprise-level Account Executives
• Drive adoption of Axon’s Drone as First Responder network
• Support customers in scalable aerial response programs
• Expand adoption of counter-drone and airspace awareness capabilities
• Develop and execute GTM strategy for emerging aerial tech in public safety
• Collaborate with product, engineering, strategy, and ops to feed the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in enterprise sales, SaaS or high-tech
• 3+ years of leadership in sales teams
• Experience selling platform tech or integrated solutions
• Comfort at SaaS, IoT, UAV tech, real-time ops
• Track record in complex, consultative sales cycles
• Strong analytics in a metrics-driven org
