Director, Partner Programs, Enablement, and Operations

📋 Description

• Role to build and operate a global partner system.
• Shape programs spanning recruitment, onboarding, activation, and lifecycle.
• Lead enablement and cross-functional coordination for partners.
• Serve as chief-of-staff for the partner org and align exec priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 9–11 years in partner programs or related ops.
• Experience with software/cloud/cybersecurity ecosystems and partner motions.
• Proven ability to design, scale, and govern partner programs.
• Strong program-management, planning, and executive communication.
• Ability to move between strategy and execution and drive delivery.
