Capture and Proposals Associate

📋 Description

• Own proposal execution end to end on standard-tier pursuits
• Build the response engine and library to scale across pursuits
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Security, Pricing, CS)
• Support AI-enabled, data-driven bid processes and knowledge base
• Work in a distributed, remote-first environment with async communication

🎯 Requirements

• An exceptional writer who clarifies complex material
• AI-fluent with hands-on experience using AI tools in workflows
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams
• Strong people skills to coordinate senior stakeholders
• Excited to build something new and take ownership as it grows
• Nice to have: experience with capture, bids, or RFPs in public/ government contracting; familiarity
