📋 Description

• Seasonal Sales Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences
• Engage with guests, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to drive sales.
• Maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and assist with visual merchandising and daily
• Collaborate with leadership to meet sales targets and store initiatives.
• Deliver on ALO’s guest-facing initiatives and ensure strong customer relationships daily.
• Support in-store operations to keep the floor stocked and welcoming during high-volume periods.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous client-centric, sales-driven experience preferred; passion for delivering exceptional
• Ability to upsell, meet sales goals, and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced retail environment and being on the sales floor for shifts.
• Flexibility to work during peak holiday periods and Blackout dates as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move between front and back of house tasks.
