• Support Sales and Profit goals in store and deliver Best Customer Experience in department and store
• Execute plan compliant with H&M standards, policies and legal requirements
• Manage omni customer experience with visual and commercial curation per global guidelines
• Lead customer interactions, loyalty app promotion, in-store sustainability initiatives
• Ensure fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns and exchanges
• Open and close store daily; maintain admin routines for people and operations
