- Proven TAM, enterprise PM, or solutions consulting background
- Strong governance, risk management, and strategic thinking
- Experience with CRM, integrations, and large-scale programs
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce, Dynamics, REST APIs
- Ability to influence leadership without formal authority
