Sales Associate, Home Health Sales & Marketing

📋 Description

• Support area sales team with referrals from various sources
• Coordinate with offices to set up services ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with Transitional Care Manager and Marketing Manager on key accounts
• Participate in weekly sales meetings
• Demonstrate core BAYADA values and drive relationships with referral sources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree in Sales/Referral Management may be considered
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with health system/referral management or home health platforms a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and communication skills
• English communication proficiency and strong interpersonal skills
