Business Analyst – Data Sensitivity & VDI Migration

📋 Description

• Partner with business groups to inventory systems, data usage, and endpoints.
• Assess and classify data sensitivity; identify high-risk storage practices.
• Analyze data/process flows to support risk assessments and migration planning.
• Identify critical systems for migration to VDI or secure data solutions.
• Develop current/future-state data storage and access models.
• Develop migration roadmaps and recommendations for security-enabled data management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7+ years as a Business Analyst with data governance or IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience in complex, multi-platform environments with data flows across units.
• Familiarity with VDI concepts and platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Strong stakeholder interviewing and requirements-gathering skills; ability to translate findings
• Excellent written/verbal communication linking technical and business audiences.
