Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Dumbo

📋 Description

• Support store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences and authentic brand
• Drive and exceed sales goals with ALO’s Flow initiatives, while maintaining productivity and
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Assist in processing shipments and maintaining product flow including visual merchandising and
• Educate guests and staff on our product, community, and culture.
• Progress daily client relationships and partner with leadership to meet store goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred).
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Confidently communicates store goals, launches, and initiatives to guests and team.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb and move up to 50 pounds; standing for long shifts.
• Comfort with daily movement around all store areas and performing tasks as needed.
