• Supports store goals during peak periods with guest experiences and product knowledge.
• Engages customers, drives sales, and builds loyalty through authentic interactions.
• Maintains knowledge of store goals, initiatives, new product launches, and communicates on floor.
• Ensures smooth store operations including merchandising, replenishment, and frontline coverage.
• Collaborates with leadership to analyze reports and identify growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years customer-facing retail experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Energetic, optimistic, and able to blend work with enthusiasm.
• Self-motivated with a drive for results, both individually and in a team.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (bend, kneel, climb, etc.).
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
