📋 Description

• You will support Sales and Profit goals by delivering the Best Customer Experience in the
• Execute plans in compliance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure omni customer experience with visual and commercial presentation per global guidelines.
• Maintain customer service across the store and promote products to customers.
• Lead in promoting Hello Member and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee fitting room and checkout routines, transactions, returns and exchanges, and admin routines
