🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an Engagement Manager or leading large enterprise technology
• Proven experience mentoring or leading a team (2+ years preferred); prior consulting experience
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development and cloud technologies (GCP
• Analytical and communication skills to translate client requirements into system functionality and
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail; agile mindset and
• Willingness to travel to client sites (<25%).
