Business Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, KPI trend analysis
• Maintain primary forecasting model; deepen design and logic
• Ad-hoc analyses for leadership & cross-functional stakeholders
• Support strategic analysis; manipulate data under direction
• Build and iterate Tableau dashboards as needed
• Support planning with scenario formulation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Data Analytics, Economics, Business, or related
• 1–3 years analytical experience
• SQL, Excel/Sheets, Tableau (or similar BI)
• Strong org skills; detail-oriented; multi-project management
• Strong communication; cross-functional collaboration
• Self-starter; ownership mindset; proactive
