Aesthetic Sales Associate

📋 Description

• Hybrid role with in-office and remote work days in Austin, TX area.
• Must be resident or relocatable to the Austin, TX area.
• Work one of these shifts: 8:00am-4:30pm CT, 8:30-5:00pm CT, 7:30-4:30pm CT, or 8:00-5:00pm CT.
• Sales support role to grow the aesthetic market and support Inside Sales team.
• Manage house accounts, leads, and target accounts in aligned regions; cover LOA/vacancies.
• Provide training on Allergan Aesthetics products and programs via virtual education.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Independent, highly organized, and strong communication skills required.
• Track record of strong sales performance or outstanding customer service.
