📋 Description

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers
• Manage a designated geographic area within MA ( Springfield/Worcester region )
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and grow business
• Call on and maintain relationships with customers in the territory
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to drive sales strategies
• Attend local, state and national conferences to promote Lakeshore

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Strong presentation skills to customer needs at all levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel within the territory as needed
