Video Production Specialist

📋 Description

• Own full video production lifecycle for OPSWAT Academy content
• Lead on-the-ground production at Tampa office; run recording sessions with executives and SMEs
• Travel to events to capture content in the field
• Studio management, setup to final delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years hands-on video production experience (filming + editing)
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Sony A7 or equivalent)
• Knowledge of lighting setups (3-4 point) and audio (lav mics, audio leveling)
• Portfolio showing talking-head interviews, events, or corporate content
• Ability to manage shoots independently from setup to delivery
