PD Manager -Bedding

📋 Description

• Hands-on, factory-based PD role embedded with vendors
• Owns real-time coordination to keep development moving
• Accelerate sample speed and approvals with on-site focus
• Drive 16-week development cycles and milestones
• Coordinate across Merchandising, Sourcing, QA, and Vendors
• Travel to factories up to 4 days/week for on-site work

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product development or factory-facing roles
• Strong category expertise and factory-side experience
• Proven ability to operate independently on-site
• Excellent organizational and execution skills
• Clear communicator across languages and functions
