📋 Description

• Own the Seasonal Decor & Botanicals assortment strategy
• Scale decor assortment beyond Christmas; launch new product types
• Lead sample feedback and approvals for new products
• Use data and insights to optimize assortment and meet financial goals
• Identify whitespace and refine product roadmap
• Collaborate with sourcing, marketing, site, and creative teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years in retail merchandising in home decor/seasonal decor
• E-commerce or DTC experience preferred
• Proven track record of growth and role progression
• Data-driven with strong judgment on customer needs
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
