• Lead Databricks’ AI transformation strategy with the C-suite and boards to drive scaled value from
• Position Databricks as a strategic AI transformation thought partner to the CEO and LoB leaders
• Operationalize transformation objectives with customer teams, partners, and Databricks
• Build external AI Transformation Expert Advisory Council and activate it with the C-suite

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years in digital/AI transformation with demonstrated large-scale impact
• At least 5 years working directly with enterprise C-suite to lead transformations
• Deep experience in AI transformation opportunities across key industries (Healthcare, Financial
