📋 Description

• Seasonal Sales Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences.
• Provide product knowledge and personalized service to drive sales and loyalty.
• Maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop store environment and assist guests as needed.
• Engage with customers to communicate ALO’s brand mission and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand/move around store for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with merchandising, stock flow, and store operations basics.
• Willingness to work a seasonal schedule, including Blackout period (Thanksgiving to Jan).
